The Problem:

Our client needed to optimize their email marketing performance and learn how to best quantify improvements over time.

What We Did:

Petram created rule based customer segmentation and then email split testing procedures to determine optimal subject lines to increase open rates. Specifically, keywords were tested within the subject line that contained a single variable in order to understand open rate effectiveness.

THE RESULT:

After testing dozens of iterations we identified key phrases, which resulted in an incremental revenue impact of $600k per week.
